South Western Ontario Regional Meeting

Schedule of Events: 

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Check in, network, visit info tables, grab a bite and drink

6:30 pm- 7:30 pm: Part 8 Panel Discussion

7:00 pm- 8:00 pm: Food/drink available for purchase, networking, info tables

Things to Know: 

• Natterjack Brewery has limited capacity.
• Please register in advance to save your spot.
• Please notify us ASAP if you cannot make it so we can contact those on the waitlist.
• Each pre-registration will be entered into a $50 prize draw.
• One must be in attendance to accept the door prize.
• Each attendee will be entered into the grand prize draw. Draw will take place after the Regional Meeting series concludes. Winner will be contacted to make arrangements for delivery.
• Each attendee will receive one complimentary beverage.
• Each attendee will receive one $5.00 voucher to use toward food purchases.
• The bar will be available for additional purchases.

Cancellation Policy: There is no alternative date for this event. Should there be unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, a cancellation notice will be sent to all registrants and registration costs (if applicable) would be reimbursed.
