MECP Online Permissions Portal Demonstration

The ministry will be providing a demonstration of its online portal for the submission of environmental permissions.  This session will focus on using the online portal to apply for Industrial/Private/Municipal Sewage Works Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECAs) with an overview of account creation.

 At this time, the ministry strongly encourages online submissions for ECAs.  Stakeholders have found the benefits of submitting ECA applications online include:

·       Easier payment process;  

·       One-stop shop, easier tracking of files;  

·       Time savings;  

·       Improved system communication and reminders; and

·       Improved reporting functionality.

A Zoom meeting link will be sent to the registration email on the day of the event.
